The National Geographic Travel Photographer of the Year could be seen as the most important photography contest worldwide. Its international repercussion is well known and every year thousands of potentially winning pictures are submitted. And each image is definitely stunning. This year’s prize is a ten day trip for two people to the Galapagos Islands, although for each category will be given three economic endowments, one for each finalists.
For those interested: calls are closing on June 30, so there is still a little bit of time to send your best shots. In the very first entries one can already notice how high is the level of talent. But, actually, the situation requires it.
